Caught in the Act
Caught in the Act employs gravity as its central chorographic theme. The dancers and their objects are thrown, twirled and pushed off balance in order to generate a sense of falling, weight and dynamic resolution. Again Sandra was exploring falling, but extended the idea to incorporate the relationship to other calling bodies and objects. It was quite a playful piece with a more serious undertone.
