Synopsis

Seinn O meaning "sing the past" reaches into the Celtic heritage of the choreographer and dancers, acknowledging the influence of their ancestors both known and unknown.

Seinn O! (Sing the Past) was a physical and abstract exploration of Sue's Celtic heritage, and the work acknowledges the influences her ancestors have had on shaping her life. Her interest in her heritage and ancestors came from her previous experiences and her recent visits to New Zealand and China.
